The Lulu Pleat Top
You already know
the night you're wearing this.
Crinkle chiffon. Raw lace trim. A cut that moves before you do. Built for the plans you haven't made yet.
Why it doesn't sit in your closet
Four reasons this becomes the top you reach for first.
Crinkle chiffon that catches light
Plissé texture means it never sits flat — it moves, folds, and photographs like it has somewhere to be.
Lined bust, lace-trimmed edge
Sheer where it should be, secure where it counts. The raw lace trim keeps it feeling undone, not exposed.
Adjustable straps, real hardware
Gold-tone sliders let you set your own fit — no digging, no slipping, no fidgeting all night.
A cut that flatters, not clings
Gathered underbust seam, floaty cropped hem — built to move with different builds, not fight them.
Styled with denim, a lace maxi, or nothing but confidence. This top doesn't need much backup.

What she said
Better in person, and it was already good online
The crinkle texture is not something you can tell from photos — it genuinely looks so much more expensive in person. Wore the yellow one out and got stopped twice asking where it was from.
Finally a going-out top that doesn't need constant adjusting
I have a bigger bust and I was nervous about the strap situation but the adjustable straps actually work. Didn't touch it once all night.
The lace trim is such a nice detail
Didn't expect to notice it as much as I did but the raw lace edge makes it feel handmade almost. Ordered the white one next.
Movement is the whole point
This top has main character energy walking into a room, not gonna lie. The way it moves when you walk is unreal for how simple the piece actually is.
Ran slightly cropped but I styled around it
Shorter than I expected on my torso length, but honestly worked with a higher-rise skirt. Fabric quality is genuinely great though.
Held up through an entire festival weekend
Wore it two days in a row (don't judge me), hand washed in the sink at the hotel, dried overnight, pleats still crisp. Did not expect that.
